Service Orders from tables CRM_CUSTOMER* not archiving

Former Member

Hi,

We have configured IBM Content Server for a SAP CRM system. Service

orders are not archiving to full extent. When we read service orders from

the archive files some fields are missing (empty) and these fields are mostly custom fields.

Procedure what we are doing: we are using the archiving object

as "CRM_SERORD"

1) Executing the status change job.

2) Executing the Preprocessing job.

3) Executing the write job.

4) Executing the delete job.

After delete program if we check the

entries in tables CRMD_CUSTOMER* it exist but which should not be.

Where as in other tables the entries does not exist for example in

table CRMD_ORDERADM*. If I see the spool/log of the write or delete job

I cannot see the tables CRMD_CUSTOMER*. As per my understanding it is

not writing the data from these tables to archive files.

After this when we read the service order from SARA->Information system->Archiving Explorer there are some missing fields and these fields from

CRMD_CUSTOMER*

I dont understand if I need to do any settings for custom fields. Could

you please help us out in solving this issue.

Also please route me to the correct forum if I am posted in wrong forum.

Thanks!

Nagaraju
