Order/Approve a shopping Cart

Hi All /

does anybody know if there is a function module to approve and order a shopping cart?

We are facing an issue when the SHC are transferred to SRM by an interface and they are not getting ordered, but stay stuck with the following statuses:

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

Can you please help? it is a very big issue..

Use this FM 'BBP_REQREQ_APPROVE'

Hi Sachin,

this FM is not working. i saw that it is fishing from table REQHEAD....our shopping cart (SHC) are all stored in CRMD_ORDERADM_H and I can see them in BBP_PD...but REQHEAD is empty.

do you have any clue about this?

Hi,

Did you try using fm-bbp_pd_sc_status_chang_wf. I think 'save' event is not getting generated in your case while creating shopping carts using interface. Are you using bbp_pd_sc_save and bbp_pd_reset_buffers FM in your logic of creating shopping carts.
