VDH1N(customer hierarchy)

hi friends,

can anybody help me to assign customers to the customer hierarchy

i am facing issues and getting errors like higher level is not defined,lower level is not defined and sales organization is not permitted etc...

Dear Srinivas,

Wile you maintaining the Customer Hierarchy..you should be clear with the Sales Area...

If you want to Link with the Cutomer to customer you need Hierarchy Node..You can Create V-12(Tcode).

Lets say ABB(central)----Hierarchy Node

ABB(North) ABB(south) ABB(East) ABB(West)---Hierarchy Node

ABB(Mumbai) ABB(HYD)-Customer masters.

In VDHIN you can maintain Customer Hierarchy.

Pls:Make sure about the Sales Area.

T. code - check whether for the cust hierarchy type sales area of the customer is assigned to higher level sales area of the higher level customer

The above setting should be done to create customer hierarchy in VDH1N and assign it to higher level customer.
