how to remove Transport request realse authoriazation object from SAP_ALL

hi friends

in my landscape we have two super user's for that they have SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW,

we need to restrict transport requiest relese ... from the particular users..

and remove activity 43 from The authorization object S_TRANSPRT

You have to create a Custom role in which you can remove SE01 SE09,SE10 and rest all authorization will be the same. You have to remove the profile SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW and provide this custom role to that user
