i am functional guy.
i need small information.
when a pdf file is created in application server can it be directly sent to DMS.
the present process follwed is it is put in a central folder and then put into DMS.
without the central folder coming in to picture can i diretly put int/ push into DMS

The quick answer is yes. It will need to be programmed. It will be a liitle harder to do than taking the file from the central folder and uploading it depending on your release level.
We have an automated process where we write spools to the file sysyem as pdf's and then upload automatically into DMS. For us it was just easier at the time to do it this way. The bapi's we used were looking for external files to attach.

Can you please explain me what do you mean by writing Spools in File system as Pdfs,
i fail to understand this writing spools in File system.
What willl be the format of your filing, so that the Bapi picks up the data from the file system and loads in to DMS,
