Hi experts,
I have to create three new fields in the support message SLFN, I have used the EEWB functionality successfully and was able to create the new feilds in all the transaction types which has their leading business transaction category as Service process. But the feilds could not be created in Support message (SLFN) alone. Which was my actual requirement. Iam surprised with this i have checked all the notes relating to EEWB.
Can you pls guide me on this.
