Cannot Start Transaction ITS could not start the transaction "bbppu99"

Hi,

Getting the below message when i click on Shop in EBP screen:

"Cannot Start Transaction

The Internet Transaction Server could not start the transaction "bbppu99" because of the following error: No purchasing values were determined for system . Inform system admin".

Needed help how to overcome this error.

Hi Sunil,

Are you facing this problem for only one user only?

I believe there isA PROBLEM OF ATTRIBUTES . However run this report BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY for the user for sc. You must get green lights. if it is a red. check what attributes are missing.

Really , ok can you try this bbp_attr_check t code ? equivalent to that report

what SRM version are you working?

Hi Muthu,

Using SRM1(EBP 3.0) version. Also, the T.Code which u have given doesnt exist in this system.
