Hi Gurus,
I have created a Condition Table 602 - Sales org./Distr. Chl/Acct key in step 35 of Account Determination - condition technique process.
While releasing invoice to accounting in VF02, the following Error message
"Condition table missing: Access KOFI 35 (accnt determination sales/distribution)"
is appearing for all types of invoices ( in both sales org) in Quality server. But it is working fine in DEV server.
Please Help me in this regard.
Regards,
Anbu

Hi Anbu,
Please also note the following:
************************************************************************
Definitions of access sequences are stored in T682* tables (T682, T682I,
T682T, T682V, T682Z). Except T682V all these tables are defined in
delivery class 'E' ( = Control table, SAP and customer have separate
key areas) which own following characteristics:
(Please use transaction SE12 to verify this by calling F1 help for field
'delivery class')
...
System table with specific name range for customer entries, and can
thus be enhanced by customers. Similar to class S with regard to SAP
name range (changes here have the character of program changes). By
convention, the customer name range is left untouched by SAP.
...
In the case where an access sequence such as EG: KOFI has been modified
by the customer in SAPs name range it's a logical conclusion that this
changes will be lost during upgrade because all tables of delivery
class 'E' are overwritten with the origin content shipped by SAP.
So the original access sequence KOFI may overwrite the change you made,
and the line with tables EG: 602 may then disappear.
If you need access sequence different than the standard you should
create a new one inside customer name range, so that the upgrade
won't overwrite it.

Alex

Hi Anbu
First of all check wheather condition table 602 is available or not in quality server in VKOA
Secondly if it is working fine in DEV server check wheather the condition tables that has been generated are properly transported or not

Dear Anbu,
In the quality system you check the condition table 602 is available or not
Because condition table might not get transported from dev to quality sytem.
So please go to V/13 transaction in quality sytem then check the table 602 is exists or not.
If table 602 not there again generate the table the try.
Also check the access sequence settings in the Quality system.
I hope this will help you,
Regards,
Murali.
