Dear Team,

quality:qasadm 1> R3trans -d

This is R3trans version 6.14 (release 700 - 25.01.08 - 14:11:00).

unicode enabled version

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = ORACLE --- dbs_ora_tnsname = 'QAS'"

R3trans finished (0012).

My lisner is started but my SAP is going to UP.

What the problem?????????

Hi Raj,

First decide your self: Your are saying that your listener and SAP is up?

If it is you are kidding with old R3trans result? if not just send us trans.log error.

Some times there is some misunderstanding with old logs.

Hi,

Post your log files but in the meantime:

1. Check the database status. Start manually if it is not already started.

log in as ora<SID>

sqlplus /"as sysdba"

>startup;

2. Check the contents of tnsnames.ora and listner.ora

3. Check the sapsr3 account is not locked at oracle level.

Clear the shared memory if it is not done already.

Hi,

Check Database is started.

Check the environment setting database

Check Trans.log file. paste the content of Trans.log file.

Please post the trans.log file and also let me know is there any other SAP Applications running on the same host.
