You can use transaction code: FBL5N
I will show you the the billing document no., amount and tax.
If u are not able to see in the default screen may be some fields are hidden, to unhide pls. use change layout.

i didnt found tax amount over there only tax code is there

Tcode VF05 fullfil your requirement. Enter the payer or article or both in VF05 and give enter and double click on any document then you can find those details.
