Hi Joseph

On which instance you have installed SAP GRC ?. By default the IGS URL will be disabled to show graphs.

Have you actually verified that IGS URL is correctly given in the visual administrator? . Also check in the hosts file of GRC server if hostname of GRC server is available with correct ip address.

To Check if SLD is working properly do the following test.

1) login to the SAP j2ee home page of GRC Server. URL will be http://hostname:5<instno>00

then click on Web Dynpro tools -> Content administrator -> click Check SLD connection. When you click test connection , it should be successfull.

Then in the Maintain JCos Destinations -> click the test and ping of your JCos which you have given.

Also confirm that GRC RTAs have been installed on your back end system.

For configuring complete instructions are given in CC (RAR) installation guide. Please follow those steps.

Apart from that remember Graphs will appear only once Management Report had finished.

Hello Joseph,

For testing SLD go to Visual Admin and do CPIC client testing or just click the data transfer BLUE arrow key.

Click on this, then it will show you whether it was sucessful or not.
