MB1C Error

Dear Friends,

Using MB1C I tried uploading the stocks inturn system throws a new error which I never came across...error is "check table T159L: entry 3413 does not exist"......I explored that T159L table is for default values for inventory mgt and physical invent......so how sud I proceed?.....Thanks in advance

Hi,

This is because, your plant is not maintained for Physical inventory.

Go to SM30, enter V_T159 and maintain the data for inventory management.

Thanks for ur input........as pr ur suggestion I tried SM30 I cud not find my plant 3413 so when Itried for new entries I dont find any options for that ......how do I maintain?

Dear S Kumar,

what option, were you looking for..?

Once you Keyed-in Table: V_T159L and clicked Tab: Maintain, system lead you to next screen.

On to next screen, if Plant is not maintained, Click Tab: New Entries

On to next screen, maintain following details:

1. Plant: 3413

2. Tab: Goods Movements:

• Check Box: Create SLoc. automat

• Check Box: Del. compl.default

• Bom Usage: 1

*Trans/Event type: WV

3. Tab: Physical Inventory

• Stock type: 1

• Check Box: Alternative Unit

and SAVE

SPRO --> IMG --> Material Management --> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory --> Plant Parameters

Thanks for ur reply.......issue got solved

Following that I incurred a common error i.e.period 02/2009 not open for account type S....for which I gone thru OB52 there when I tried to do settings for the variant 3413 system throws an error saying "entry 3413 does not exist in T010O"......only after completing my search in the forum I am posting this thread......

To your Problem:

"entry 3413 does not exist in T010O"

Go to, T. Code: OBBO

Maintain Posting Period Variant, i.e. Plant 3413, and once maintained, check with T. Code: OB52, for

period 02/2009 not open for account type S

I hope, you would able to resolve above-said error, henceforth, I am not providing any details regarding OB52; but, if reqd. Please update.

You may also take assistance from FI-Personnel for OB52.

Hi,

Maintain these:

1. Inventory management settings for plant, u said already maintained

2. go to OMSY look at the month and year whether it is current or not if not,

3. go to MMPV update it month by month upto current month

4. go to img, financial accounting (new), Ledgers,Fiscal Year and Posting Periods,Posting Periods,Open and Close Posting Periods and select ur variant and select Account type S and give current posting period for that. save it exit.

5. go to OMS2 select ur material type and plant and activate quantity and value indicators.

i hope this will solve ur problem

Maintain Inventory Management:

SPRO --> IMG --> Material Management --> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory --> Plant Parameters

Apart,

The error is because of table entry not maintained in T159L, for Inventory management

Go to, T. Code: SM30 enter the T159L and maintain the details.

It might possible that " The maintenance dialog for T159L is incomplete or not defined".

Click Tab: Find Maintenance Dialog, and give Table Name: T159L; and select -

V_159L General plant settings in Inventory Management

and "Maintain".
