Carry out sourcing search.

Hello SRM expert,

In the find tab of carry out sourcing transaction for some of the user blank space is not coming between the purchasing group and the three dots. So now they can not search SC for all purchasing groups.

Currently they have to select one of the purchasing group. This is also happening to purchasing orgnization also.

Could you let us know how the blank space can be generated btw purchasing group and three dots ?

Hi Pradeep,

Try the following OSS Note:

Note 797840 - No space entry for the dropdowBOX of the purchasingGroup

Another option would be:

Click on those 3 dots entry. It will fetch you a screen containing all the purchasing groups. There will be a cancel button. Once you will click on the cancel button you will get back to the find screen and now you can see a blank entry.

Thanks for your response. I am sorry to say but we are on SRM 5.0 (SRM SERVER 550) and the note 797840 does not seems to be applicable for SRM 5.0.

Also we tried your 2nd suggestion but it did not help.
