PI Runtime WorkBench Cache error

Hello,

I have installed xi serve on the windows server. When i call SXMB_IFR tcode and went to administration area i am not able to clear my cache.

Xi Data Cache Refresh

Consumer Partial Cache Refresh

Full Cache Refresh

INTEGRATIONSERVER_

INTEGRATIONRUNTIME_

Full Cache Refresh is not happening for me. It shows 404 Error.

Can some one help how to fix this error?

Hi,

Check the RFC destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI in transaction sm59. Check the connection and the username & pwd.

Check the HTTP services default_host/sap/xi/cache and default_host/sap/xi/cache_ssl. They should be active.

There are other troubleshooting steps outlined in the document 'How To… Handle Caches in SAP XI 3.0'. I suggest you go through them.

Hi Sankar,

Have you make sure the setting of the host, domain and port is correct?

The address should be something like http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full.

Also check the RFC destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI is properly set.
