Archive Messages in XI

I am trying to Archive messages in our dev environment. I have completed steps listed in the below document

When I tried to do a read using SARA I dont see any files / messages created. When the job is run from SXMB_ADM it runs with a messages 0 messages deleted. I wanted to know what I am missing and any help would be great.

you need to set-up archiving before the interface is run (msg is sent)
