Hi all,
Is there any way to differentiate normal Key figures from Auxiliary? A checkbox or something?
Or is that any Keyfigure not included in planning area is auxiliary?
Actually, for BI reporting, some key figure data needs to be pulled and we want to find out which of these are auxiliary.
Thanks for your help in advance,
Rimjhim
If I know correctly then data in auxiliary keyfigure can not be extracted for BI Reporting.
An auxiliary keyfigure is available in the Planning Book / Data View for temporary calculation and DOES NOT save the data in liveCache.
If data is not saved in liveCache then its not available for BI extraction.
You need the data in a Time Series keyfigure for extraction.

Hi Somnath,
Thanks for the reply. That's the very reason we want to identify the auxiliary ones and separate them.
Is there any way of directly knowing which are the auxiliary and which are not auxiliary?
Do I go by the logic that whichever Key Figs are listed in the Planning Area are NOT auxiliary and all others are auxiliary? Or is there some other more user friendly way of identifying?
Regards,
Rimjhim
