SPStab.xml 0kb !?

Hello,

At my work we are patching a solman 4 and ran in to a problem:

The xml-file "SPStab.xml" we download when we download Support Packs is always empty!?

Has this happened to anyone here?

I am rather new to this but need your input, can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
