display comment when digital signature is cancelled

Ciao Gurus,

I use DMS with digital signature. I have a problem, when I refuse the digital signature, all sign are cancelled and so in the status log I don't see anything. So I go to Digital signature logs I see that a digital signature was cancelled by the user XXXXX but I don't see any comment that the user had written when He refused the sign.

Could you help me? Is there a transaction to display the comment of digital signature cancelled or I have to set something in customizing or something else?
