Customer Block for Returns

Hi,

Iam able to block customers using VD05 for sales, deliveries and billing. But this is not blocking for returns when RE - Order type is used.

Is there a way we can also block creating return order.

Hi

Could you check once whether the sales area you are using to create Return is blocked for that particular customer.

Can check in table KAN1-AUFSD if it is not blocked it will be empty or you directly check with t.code itself by entering that particular sales area.

By default you can always block the Return document by checking delivery block in t.code VOV8 in shipping tab.
