How to prevent the posting of Inspection Lot Stock, when UD is not done

Hi All,

My client wants to PREVENT the posting of Inspection Lot Stock to UNRESTRICTED STOCK, when the UD is not done.

The system should allow the posting from Inspection Stock to Unrestricted stock after the completion of UD --> Usage Decision

UD IS NOT DONE --> THE STOCK MUST BE IN INSPECTION STOCK ONLY

SYSTEM SHOULD PREVENT THE MANUAL CHANGING TO UNRESTRICTED STOCK
