Hi,

How to use ldap to authenticate the user in sap netweaver?

I have configured the ldap with UME.After that,how can i use it for authentication? Can anyone please provide me the code?

Do i need to create Login Module,Authentication scheme?How?

If your OS is Windows then you might be in luck.

Otherwise you will have to look for a portal to issue logon tickets for you or 3rd party authentication products.

Please provide more information.

Yes OS is Windows. We are migrating our project from weblogic to sap netweaver.In weblogic,for authentication we used ldap(iplanet).Similarly we want to use in sap netweaver.How can we do this?

If your Active Directory is an MS AD as well, then what you are looking for is in [SAP Note 352295|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/352295].
