EWA state="data is available" but there is no "SM:EXEC SERVICES" job

Hi everybody,

i have a Problem with EWAs. It seems to work all fine, it does, until the EWA is in the state "data is available".I can generate a EWA without a problem, when i use the button "start service processing", but i want it to be generated automatically. I searched with TA SM37 for the job SM:EXEC SERVICES in SolMan and in the monitored system, but i didn´t find the job?

Any ideas, what the problem can be?

Best regards,

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

SM: EXEC SERVICES should run regularly in the Solution Manager.

It's triggered by SM: SCHEDULER and the settings in table DSWPJOB.

Note 529108 should help you specifically with these two jobs.

best regards,

-David.
