MovementType 631-Date of last consumption not getting updated in S032 table

Hi,

When the Movement type 631(Goods Issue for Consignment) is used in T code MB1A, the date of last consumption is not getting updated in the Table S032.

It is getting captured as 00/00/0000 in the table.

Could anyone help me on this, since it doesnt look like a Configuration issue.

Welcome to SDN

Movement type 631 is used in schedule line category E0 or E1 customer consignment for consignment fill up order and it is a autoamatic movemet type

Movement type 631 cannot be used in MB1A transactions

If it is used that way in your scenario then there is some development against standards has taken place

Check for that

Thanks for ur reply. You were right, the MT631 was not posted thru T Code MB1A, it was posted thru VL02N.

My question is, whether the date shown in MB51 for movement type 631, will be updated in the table in the field Date of Last Consumption as per Standard SAP.

Hi

With consignment fill up the stocks remain the valuated property of us only and not customer's and hence it would not update consumption account

But a material document would get created in the name of that customer

This is my understanding

Let us wait for inputs from other friends
