hi all,
when i am loging to designer through cms server the following error was encountering.
error : cannot access the reporsitory ( USR0013 )
please can you provide solution for this what i should be done.

Hi Sekhar,
This error occurs if
1) Central Management Server is not running in Central Configuration Manager.
2) Not able to connect to CMS Database Server.
To solve the error follow the below steps:
Check whether Central Management Server is running fine or not in Central Configuration Manager
If not check whether you are able to ping CMS Database Server then reconnect CMS Database and try to login

Are you getting this error message from a client machine?
If so, the reason may be the CMS service is not active on the client computer.
To start the service
Click Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
Start the CMS service.
If the Server service is not present in the list of services, it must be installed
