Dear Gurus,
I are getting log message in RED alert as "Operating system call connect failed (error no. 10061)."
what is this error ? Please through some light on this.
our server config : Solution Manager 7.0 on WIN2003/Oracle.
Can any one guide me to solve this issue ?

Please check SAP Note Note 34116 - Syslog: "Operating System call xxxx failed"
For log WSAECONNREFUSED 10061 Connection refused:-
No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign hostu2014that is, one with no server application running.

Hi,
This is actually an incidental problem. Need not be a permanent one. Your Dispatcher lost connection it seems, there could be so many possible reasons, like
Network Issue, PC was shutdown without closing SAPGUI, power failure, PC Crashed, network problem on server,problem with network card, SAPGUI crashed and so on.
