Wbs settlement to upper level WBS

Hello,

I have 4 level WBS .

all the expenses are settled at the 2 nd level.

so is there any way where i can determine that the cost of 4th level is to be settled at the 3rd and the cost of 3rd is to settled at the second to which i have give the settlement rule.

Assign IM to top WBS only and settle the lower WBS to its higher & so on. Finally settle top WBS to FXA. This is standard option for investment project. Settlement rule can be automatically generated using CJB2, you need to activate this option, i.e: create settlement rule to superior WBS.

Hi

You can define the settlement rule in the WBS in which it is required.

Go to the WBS, then edit -- > COst --> settlement -- > settlement rule

You can dirctly settle cost from 4th level WBS element to 2nd level WBS element by maintaining settlement rule with WBS element as reciever and reciver wbs element is 2nd level WBS element.
