regarding cut over for rebates

Hi

My client gives rebates on the sales value for a year the scales depends

suppose if we go live in the month of february

i have to upload all the accruals of all customers to sap

and also i need to create rebate agreements for the remaining period i mean upto march 31

so that all the accruals for the remaining period will be in Sap.

kindly guide in this regard
