you can down load the Netweaver trail version from https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/nw-downloads.

I chose another upgrade, NW7.01. FYI: I am working since March 2003 starting with Minisap 4.6D up to NW7.0, i.e. I know SDN!

Check for available download in : SDN

Downloads > Software Downloads > SAP NetWeaver Main Releases

Click on ALL and you should be able to see the softwares available for download,
