Event Handler error !

Hi Guys,

I need some help from you

My question is relating to event handler creation and active status.

In my SAP Event management system , i find more than one event handler active for same EPC.

like i have an EPC 339A86FB80000C00B8C80E59 in trasaction /SAPTRX/EH_LIST

i can see that there are 2 event handlers 339A86FB80000C00B8C80E590000 & 339A86FB80000C00B8C80E590001 and both are in active status!!

How is this possible? i think only after de-activating the first one it would create the 2nd event handler and would activate it?

can you guys help me in understanding this.

Thanks,

Naveen

Hello Naveen,

In your process,

"Issue at C" is the first process that increments the counter in AII while the previous handler gets deactivated in EM when the issue event is executed and any subsequent process launches a new event handler with the new counter.

I think this is the bug which was resolved wherein if the issue at c was the first process then two event handlers were getting created.

Please check the events in the two event handlers, and then we can comment better.
