When I test it, it raise formatting error with message "Style ZCR_MARKAP does not exist" (message_id is 400). In the form default style SYSTEM is set up.
It is possible to assign a style to the lower elements of the form and it may be here that the style is assigned. You could check the 'Output options' tab on each part of the form or choose Utilities -> Form information and search the text summary of the form.
