Hi Ananda,
- Develop a report in any SAP system to reset all SAP systems password by using RFC connection
destination.
- Create a transactional iview in portal
Above is working fine in our landscape.

Password rest can be done of SAP system using portal if the Datasource of Portal points to LDAP.
