SPAM : next action - Perform Adjustment

Dear All,

I am applying SAP-HR support pack SAPKE47080 on my SAP R/3 4.7. I am getting " Perform Adjustment " as a next action.

Import phase 'RUN_SPDD_?' (17.02.2009, 21:55:07)
 Manual modification adjustment is neccessary
 Interrupt the import for execution of manual actions (17.02.2009, 21:55:07)

This is the log entry of SPAM. I am unaware of this .

plz suggest what should i do ?

You should press on button "run SPDD" and adjust the modifications you made.

You don't have that button there? then start SPDD in a second mode

No . the button is not there.

In SPDD transaction, what i have to do ?

Someone (maybe you) adjusted a table or other dictionary objects - you have to check and adapt all those that they appear "green" again.

When done, go back to SPAM and continue SP application.

Remember to inform functional consultant(s) before adjusting SPDD.

I am doing this patch application on my dev system. i have adjust the SPDD all objects. At the time of adjustment it has create a transport request. Have i to transport it to PRD also?

just release the transport as of now

You can import it afterwards

After this SPDD adjustment, it stops me in step for adjust SPAU.

there are all objects with green tick mark accept two objects with all three circles gray(no green, red, yellow). these objects are some notes applied in system many days before.

Should i reset them or i can continue without any adjustment as there is "continue" also a option for me.

you can continue and resolve these problems after if you want. just do not forget to come back in SPAU and talk to your abappers and functionals about them.
