Download Budget to Excel

Hi Experts,

I am running SAP standard Budget/Actual report S_ALR_87013557. I am not able to download it to excel. I donu2019t see any option to download it to Excel. Is there anything I am missing here? Not only that report any report under PS>Information system>Financials> costs> Budget u2013related.

There is no option to download it to excel. Do I need to configure anything here ?

youi must run the report in classical mode

then go to menu path

Report -> Export -> Export ->

In the output file enter a name in the file with .xls extension

How can i run the report in the classical mode ? I am in ECC6.0. Is there any settings i have to do in the report?

Never Mind.. I got it.. it is in the output type of the report. I changed it to classical mode.

First export it to the HTML files, after exporting 5 html files will generated. Open required html file and edit it with Exel.
