ChaRM: Status Changes

Hi All,

We are facing a problem during change request process - when are trying to execute Action 'Create transport request' the Status* get changes from 'In Development' to 'Created' but the action (create transport request) triggers successfully.

Again we are changing the status into 'In Development' then only we are able to do further actions for the particular Change Request.

What could be the reason for the ' Change In Status to Created ' every time??

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi pooja,

This issue can be resolved.

There is a standard condition, Copy context Data, in that procedure not yet implemented condition is defined,

just delete that condition and try this repition will not happen.
