integrating AFS with SCM

Hello Experts,

In my client we like to integrate AFS with SCM to do demand planning only, so that the demand planning will be done in SCM system, My question is what will be fesibility of doing demand planning for AFS master data in SCM, since the AFS data is much complicated with its size,color etc,

How to incorportate the characteristics like ( size, color) in the demand planning process? I will appreciate if expers give tips...

Hi, An interface has been developed between the AFS planning system and demand planning in APO.This enables you,to transfer the basic data from the planning system and forecast tool(dp).we can use the demand planning algorithims and then transfer the data back to AFS material level and run presizing to establish stock keeping unit information for AFS Materials.
