Hi Gurus,
I am a fresher of AFS. Now i am working ECC 6.0 with AFS .How to configure the Allocation Run(ARun).Pls give me step by step configuration .
Regards,
T.Murugu
Dear Muruganantham,
You refer the AFS specific links - bcoz, AFS especially ARun is having more number of settings to do..
I am telling the some basic steps:
ARun is controlled by using ARUn type..
(All the controlling factors will be assigned to ARun Type)
Path:
Spro - Allocation Run -Arun Detail - Arun Type : To create ARun Type ( Before creating Arun Type - you need to create a controlling factors as you want).
Path: Spro - Allocation Run - ARun Detail - Selection - Requirement Selection:
Here you will specify what are all the orders eligible for getting involved in ARun.
(You can exclude Make to Orders and other things)
similarly, we are having Stock selection also. What are all the stocks that need to be considered will be defined under stock selection.
Under Selection, there is another one option : Requirement Filter:
This is to further restrict list of sale orders.
If you assign E(Error) against any of the things in Req. Filter ( Header credit check, Delivery Block, Cancel DAte, Season, MAx part dlv) - if a sale order is valid for these checks - then it will not be considered in the ARun(If you mark E against Delivery block, orders which are having delivery block will not be considered in ARun)
Allocation Logic: How the stock needs to be allocated against a requirement.
FIFO logic or SPREAD Logic
Likewise, you do need to maintain several settings.
Please refer the link to get more detail:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_afs50/helpdata/en/b2/53ae56cda511d2aca20000e829fbfe/frameset.htm
Simply,
In selection: It will select list of sale orders and stock to get involved in ARun
Filter: Further restricts a list of sale order( as mentioned above)
Sorting : To sort out both requirements
Allocation logic: tells the logic to allocate stock against requirement
These are the mandatory steps in ARun.
In case of SPREAD logic, we may require grouping.
All these controlling factors will be assigned to a ARun Type.
You will use this ARun type in the transaction J3AT.
Thanks,
Venkatesh.S.P
