Hi,
when i run the report s_alr_87013531, It is showing me the actual and plan cost but it is not showing Actual revenue and planned revenue. But in some cases values are appearing for both Actual and Planned Revenues. In certain cases either planned revenue has value and actual revenue is zero, in other cases Actual revenue has value and planned revenue is zero. some cases both are appearing as zero.
I checked the planning profile.
Automatic revenue planning----- from sale order is ticked.
cost varient is also assigned.
prim.cost Ele grp & revenue cost Ele grp is also assigned.
Automatic Plan Revenue Calculate--->Specify Revenue Plan Update from Sales Document is also ticked
for the planning profile.
And Planning profile is also assigned to the Project definition.
where i might have gone wrong?

with the scenario you have
the sales document must be linked to the WBS
the WBS element must have billing element ticked
also the sales material should have via account determination the relevant revenue element or reporting
with all these I cannot see why you should have a problem

if sales order is not there ther could have been the following possibilities
WBS billing plan done via CJ20N
structural planning via CJ42
cost element planning via CJR2
it does not matter what report you use the data will be the same
also check if the correct year or plan version etc is entered in the report
lastly run CJEN and then check again
