returnable packaging return is not considered by MRP

Hi,

I use returnable packaging type LEIH.

We create SO return order type AT and got requirement type 041 and schedule line category F3.

But why in MD04 stock requirement list, this sales ret returnable packaging is not capture.

In MRP it is not considered too.

My customer case is :

1. current stock returnable packaging is 0

2. there is ret returnable packaging 100 on 01.03.2009

3. production need at 03.03.2009

MRP should know this and say it is enough returnable packaging so no procurement needed

in MD04 at 01.03.2009 there is inward movement 100 PCS

somehow this inward is not transfered to PP module

please kindly help.
