EBp user creation error

while creating EBP user in users_gen ---T-code i am getting following error

user not created "central person "already exists for user xxxxx(E_BBPU_MESSAGES 042)

Still if you have the same issue, Basis guy to delete and re-create the same user from SU01 users list.

Then system will allow you to assign the user without any error.

Hi,

Use the below procedure

Go to Tcode "USERS_GEN"

Use option correction Click on tab "Delete User Accounts and Employees

Execute serach for user name

Click on Delete assignment only

Then again execute TCode "USERS_GEN" and assign user to organisation unit.

Hi muthu,

As per the link i deleted the assignment to employee and tried to create the user but i am getting "action cancelled" error.

P.S: i maintained all the datas in address as per the Note 1081356 .Still i am getting the same error.what could be the reason?

Hi

Can you check all your mandatory data of the user like email, name etc.

make ensure that country of org is correctly given when you do users_gen.

foe eg 5XXXXXXX - go to pposa_bbp and select a correct 5XXXXXX and go to address tab .check what country code mentioned here.
