Hello experts,
I'm going to upgrade my old database MSSQL2000 towards 2005 in 64 bits.
As explain the 799058 note, I need to have a minimum BASIS support packages, I need to update 10 levels support package "SAP_BASIS".
Do you know If i need to update tha SAP_ABA too, or some others ?
Can I simply and only update the "SAP_BASIS" Support pacakge ?
Thanks everybody.
Regards.
Stéphane.

It will be better to update your system to the latest patch level instead of doing a single stack.
Also you have to update the Kernel as well to the latest version. Also keep in mind upgrade the SQL Server to atleast SP2. Because minimum level supported by SAP is SQL Server SP2 (9.00.3042).
FYI currently SP3 has been released. Also SQL Server 2008
