Is there a possibility to change or edit the Purchase requisition if it has been passed already from EBP to R/3 ?

Maybe I misunderstood your question. Once the S/C has created a Purchasing document in the back-end system, you cannot change the S/C and subsequently update the Purchasing document. You can go into the back-end system and revise the Purchasing document, but the change will not be reflected in the S/C.

I hope this clears up the misunderstanding.

Yes, in R/3 you can change the Requisition.
