Purchasing for statistical wbs element

Hello SAP experts,

Could you please advise if it is possible to create a purchase requisition with regard to a statistical WBS element? If so, please let me what the assignment category should be used, so both cost center & wbs element number could be used.

not possible

statistical means not account assigned - no commitments (PR) can be raised against these
