Backend migration

Hi Experts,

We r using a portal which is having some webdynpro applications. These applications r accessing data from CRM5.0 (RFCs,transcations,JCOs). Now we r migrating CRM 5.0 to CRM 2007.

So at this point, wht r all the things i should consider for proper running of webDynpro applications...?

Plz give me some clarification on this.

Hi John,

Most probably you don't have any problems. You need to create SLD, JCo pointing to the new system. You need to check only if there is any change in metadata of structures/tables or fields. You can find that once you transport the RFCs and test them in CRM 2007. If there is any change then you need to reimport the RFC and modify according to that.
