Hi while creating free of charge billing getting message
document is not relevant for billing

Hi
Free of charge document type as FD in VOV8 and item category KLN in VOV7
Billing relevance for KLN is maintained blank in VOV7
Henceit is not relevant for billing
This is the standard settings
You can change the billing relevance to D and try

Go to VTFL and check whether you have maintained copy control for your delivery type and billing type and of course, the item category there.
