Internal error: /sapapo/advx_mb_get_comp_mode

Hi,

When I run the Interactive in SAP APO, and try to load a Product-location in a selection profile, the internal error /sapapo/advx_mb_get_comp_mode, appears in the bottom of the screen. I think that due to this problem, I am not able to creater promotions for this product. Could anybody tell me why can I solve that internal error??

We have installed the SAP SCM 5.0 version level 3, and the SAP GUI 7.1

Is your PA a BOM relevant PLanning area? Can you please help me with the message id and message no and i can take a look at this.

No, it's not a BOM relevant PA.

The only message appearing is -> Internal error: /SAPAPO/ADVX_MB_GET_COMP_MODE.

In the SU53, no authorization check fails.

After run a report to repair promotions: /SAPAPO/PROMOTION_GEN_REPAIR, the problem was solved.
