PO status change

Hi ,,

I have a PO in "Transaction Completed " status.

It was created in Soco but no follow-on documents were created/

User wants to edit the PO and order it ///

Please let me know ,,, how can i change the status,, so that the user can process it..

Hi,

Use function module 'BBP_PD_PO_STATUS_CHANGE' and change the status of the PO.

Hi

Still i am not able to change...

The messages says " system status CMPL is active"

After running the function module... the status not changed.

Hi,

Try using FM - CRM_STATUS_UPDATE to make the status I1023 as inactive. Pass client,PO header guid, Inactive indicator as X and CHGKZ as X in the structure JEST_UPD. Execute FM and check again if the PO is editable now. Exercise caution while using this FM as it directly updates the db tables.
