production schedule

My client expects monthly production schedule based on actual scheduling and capacity. The shop in-charge should know which production order should be launched first. The load for a week with details of extra capacity requirements and out sourcing details should be available from the system.

Is this possible in PPDS with any standard reports.

pls guide.

In Receipt View "/SAPAPO/RRP4 - Receipts View " you can see date and time for Production orders. In Planning book for Capacity view with "weekly time bucket profile" you can check for additional capacity requirement for your individual resource (after your planning run). you can also use capacity levelling feature for capacity adjustment across horizon.

Hi Vinay,

You may check with the standard report /SAPAPO/PPL1 - Production List to check for some of your requirements. I am not sure if all your requirements can be met with a standard existing report.

Your requirement can be met with the following transactions

1) /n/sapapo/rrp4

2) /n/sapapo/rrp1

3) /SAPAPO/CDPS_REPT

4) /SAPAPO/PPL1
