Who anybody knows how it resolve?
Thanks for your advance,
Hiroya Adachi
Hi Hiroya,
what is the operating system you are working on?
The file your downloaded is SAPCAR 7.00 for Windows Server on x64 64bit.
Make sure the file sapcar.exe (rename from SAPCAR_0-10003696) exists in the directory you are executing the command from or at least make sure the SAP system run directory is in your PATH environment variable.

Hi,
Just go into the directory that contains sapcar(exe directory) and then run sapcar command
sapcar -xvf <full path where support pack is situated>

SAPCAR_0-10003696
rename the file SAPCAR_0-10003696 to SAPCAR and try again, another possbility is the SAPCAR_0-10003696 may be for Linux and you are executing on Windows, so just try one more.
