mail-xi-r/3 scenario,error :"java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused"

hi,

Can anyone tel me how to check if my companies XI Server can communicate with my companies MAIL server....!

I got the "exception caught during processing mail message; java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused" error... i read all the earlier blogs and discussions... but the same error stills persists...

someone help me....!

What is the protocol used to connect to your mail server

Did you used correct url and specified required authorisations and check the services are all active

tarnsport protocol : IMAP4

message protocol : XIPAYLOAD

url : imap://192.168.100.103 /inbox

user : XXXXXX

password: XXXXXX

how do i check if all the services are active
