Hi Rahul,

Please save your selection data as a profile and the selection profile has to be assigned to your user id.

This can be done in planning book itself.(left hand side middle)

Please confirm

Hello Senthil,

Thanks for your reply.

I have already made all necessary instructions mentioned by you in planning book. This issue is very sporadic & doesnt comes always when you hit the icon to swap from change mode to display mode provided data loaded in the planning book.. a informative pop up message comes, ( asking - Maintain a selection - ) . ( its quite bewildering why this pop up comes though the data is loaded in the planning book ). It is seen only for few users in the system, as we were not able to replicate it.

Please advise. Thank you .

Cheers

Regards

Rahul Chitte

Hi Rahul,

As you have mentioned this issue is happening sporadically, it may cause in anyone of the following circumstances.

1) Check whether any DP customised alert has been configured

2) Check whether any macro written for such pop up message

3) Check whether the enhancement "Data Save checks" /SAPAPO/SDP_SAVE has been implemented.

4) As this issue is happening only to selected users, please check whether those users are following the standard operation procedures during planning book operation.

5) During change to display mode, whether the planning book modifications are saved in advance.
